How do I apply?

All applications, professional or paraprofessional, for employment must be submitted on-line. You will be given an opportunity to print a copy of your application at the end of the application process.

Your application will not be considered until you have entered data in each required field.

Your application is not complete until fully submitted at the end of the application process and the teacher assessment is completed.

You will need to have the following items ready for reference:

  1. Social Security Number
  2. Driver's License Number
  3. Teaching Certificate (if applicable)
  4. College Transcript (if applicable)
  5. Dates and names of employers (for work experience)
  6. A minimum of three work references (including name and phone number)
  7. A resume to upload in HTML, PDF, Text, MS Word, or RTF format

Online Teacher Assessment Survey

LCISD requires all Professional applications to take the Gallup TeacherInsight survey. Professional applications must complete this survey before they can be considered for employment.
